Hi there,  

I’m Rod, 56 years old, living in Switzerland. On a bike tour I met Kathleen & Keith. They helped us with a flat tire. Kathleen told me about CycleBlaze, sent me a link, now I’m in.

My first bike tour in 2016 went from Berne, Switzerland to Berlin. It was about 1100 km in 14 days. Then I drove from Berlin to the Baltic Sea about another 340 km. After I moved to place where I had a hill between our house and the office, I decided to buy an ebike. I made my first ebike tour three years ago round Switzerland, from Berne to Lake Bodensee and back (450 km). It’s a cheap noname ebike (1600 CHF), after 6400 km its battery is losing power.

My other love is my 20-year-old race bike, a very fast Trek.

I just came back from a tour we made from Berne to Lake Geneva and back (450 km). Hope to see you on tour.
