We are Keith and Kathleen both retired and live in Victoria on Vancouver Island.   We have completed a number of tours in Europe enjoying its people, culture, history and landscape.    While touring we split out duties - Kathleen can take credit for the journal entries while I take care the photography, navigation and booking of accommodation.     We  typically book accommodation for a night or two at the beginning and end of our tours.    We wing it in between.   We have a general plan in mind for our trips but this often changes as we make our way.  We travel on full size touring bikes a Surly Long Haul Trucker (Keith) and a Salsa Veya (Kathleen).    A big part of our enjoyment of bike touring is the connection we make with fellow Cycleblazers and the sharing  of information and stories with one another.   We have been fortunate to meet several of them in person and hopefully more down the road.
