A Little trip to Minneapolis.....: A Visit to Rock City and the Kansas Motor Cycle Museum

My brother Clifford said to Jack and me the other day...... Tuesday let's go to Minneapolis! Well NO we said. Are you crazy we just got here. Well after about ten minutes of this we figured out he wasn't talking about Minnesota. No, he was talking about Kansas....who knew? When we realized it wouldn't take days we agreed to go. Might be interesting. Well it was....and wait until you see!

Our First Stop Was Rock City. Minneapolis, KS

These are some very interesting rocks. They are sandstone concretions. We have those in Pt Lobos but they look totally different.

We had some excellent rock climbers today!

Fun was had by all! Thanks for a great day Cliff!!

Then it was off to the Motor Cycle Museum. Brother Cliff was a dirt track racer in the late 60's and #1 in Kansas/ Missouri - 1968.He raced with/against the guy that started this museum.

Clifford raced a bike just Like this one (and several others he was wishing he still had them)!

Jack says he could 'tour' like this more often!
