Back in the Van

Greenville to Mt Pleasant

Stormy start to the day. It was forecast to be stormy all morning. Three of us (Sharon, Nancy, and I) joined Ken who was driving in the van. John g, Stan, John Senning, Margaret, and Hope rode the 56 miles. They only encountered one storm which they waited out in a garage.

l went grocery shopping with Nancy in the BIGGEST market I’ve ever been in. Then we all went to dinner at a Japanese hibachi restaurant next door to our hotel.

This was our chef. I didn’t quite catch his name.

At a hibachi restaurant the chef cooks on the griddle in front of you all. Here he was preparing the griddle. Nine of us were at the table.
