Actually a hot day

85 degrees we rode in at 3

We didn’t start until 9:30. With stops for snacks, bathroom breaks, lunch, and photos we were on the road 5.5 hours and it was HOT when we rode in. Still it was a beautiful ride through woods and farm country. A very nice paved trail for 30 miles.

These brightly painted bicycle bike racks showed up in many places. This was our lunch stop. I did see a Baltimore Orioles here. Nice!

This little guy was right in the middle of the trail. He was about 8 inches nose to tail. Just a little bigger than my foot. He moved along when I tried to get near enough to hold my foot next to him.

Bill ShaneyfeltBox turtle. Looks like a female because it has yellow eyes, while males have red eyes.

A small f farm. This was farming country!
