Dutton to Great falls

A bit more traveling about once I got to town. Mostly fun, some very nice older homes and a bit of history. And the county courthouse was a treat. Sarah and I were planning on staying at a state park but that unfortunately

Giant Springs along with the world's shortest River, the Roe.

didn't pan out. So with some extra miles and more frustration we ended up at a KOA. Not ideal but better then a motel. Anyway, we're here. The state park did have a giant spring as the name implied along with the world's shortest River, the Roe. Oh and I crossed the Missouri River here in Great. Falls. The falls were pretty neat even if they are dammed. Hopefully, tomorrow will get to see the other nearby falls, that are undammed that have Lewis and Clark so much headache.

The mountains remain with us, if at a distance.

There were a few historic buildings in town that were quite nice.

I'm a sucker for a nice County Courthouse.

And across the street from the courthouse was the hoosegow.
