What can I say? It's important to me to always take advantage of a tailwind. But first, last night we had a severe thunderstorm and tornado watch in Dickinson.

See the sheets of water coming off the right side of the van?

It was intense.

Today was rather uneventful. My butt hurts a bit. And we'll see how my legs are tomorrow. But interestingly, a tailwind makes everything a bit more nice. So the ride was ..a bit more nice. I was a bit turned about in Mandan but otherwise just a pleasant ride mostly in the countryside

Passed through the Bismarck. Since I knew there were 50 miles left for day, I did not explore.

This is fracking equipment.

A nice, but derelict building in what seems to be a fading town.

This was only a part of the complex for storing grain. Train tracks were nearby.
