Day 6 - Sauk City / Reedsburg

Day 6 - two cities ramble

Day 6 was a changing landscape day. Urban to rural - but all beautiful! A couple big hills as the humidity and shadeless roads filled the day. Fun

First leg was urban with "class!" Seriously, Madison was amazing with trails through neighborhoods, lake fronts, Golf Courses, community parks, shops and the University.

The landscaped changed after my stop in Sauk City - a beautiful town with a nice campground along the river there. Boy, it was tempting!!! Oh almost forgot to mention I met a fellow cyclist in Sauk City - retired correctional worker Dan. He noticed my bike and we started chatting. Dan it was nice too meet you and your friends.

Dan gave me some tips on roads and we had a blast talking.

I also had this encounter while in Sauk City....ummm
