Suggan Buggan to Orbost to Errinundra Rd Quarry
11-17 March 2023
No services at Suggan Buggan. Camping area has a couple picnic tables, well-used drop toilet and not much shade. Treat water from the river.
Wulgulmerang - fee camping at oval that has water, showers, free wifi. No other services.
MacKillops Bridge Road - camping down near bridge though some wild camping areas on way down. Road east of the bridge has a few bits of public land where you can camp along the way, but most land is private. Looks like you could camp at Amboyne Suspension Bridge.
Tubbut - no services. Honey for sale on table at old petrol place.
Bonang - no services. Public toilets up at Memorial Hall.

Goongerah - no services but free camping area on river. Camping area has drop toilet and cooking shelter. Sometimes there is produce for sale at the front of people’s gates.
Orbost - good Foodworks supermarket, very small IGA, several cafes and two bakeries, 1 pub with accommodation, RSL club (may have accommodation), 1 brewery open on weekends, 2 or 3 old motels, chemist, laundromat, public pool, library has internet access.
Orbost to Errinundra Road Quarry
No services in this stretch. Be totally self-sufficient.
Snowy River National Park - Camping area at Raymond Falls (off of my route). Waratah Flat campground on Rodger River - drop down off ridge to get there, should have water. Some informal camping spots in various places, but mostly just make your own spot.
Errinundra National Park -No water at the Errinundra Saddle - tanks on toilets not hooked up. No water at any of the lookouts either. Only official camping area is at Frosty Hollow- drop toilet, picnic table with fire ring, lots of open spaces but no water. Several bushwalks in the park but the Park Note is crap and doesn't accurately list facilities. Low use area it seems - bushwalks can be overgrown.
Today's ride: 326 km (202 miles)
Total: 2,515 km (1,562 miles)
