Errinundra Rd Quarry to Newtons Crossing
18-24 March 2023
Errinundra National Park - No water at Frosty Hollow camping area but area has drop toilets, 1 communal picnic table and plenty of space to spread out. Ada River camping area was heavily impacted by 19/20 fires - closed roads when I rode through meant it was too difficult to access then. Queensborough Camping Area - small camping area with access to river water. In a beautiful valley, but be careful where you put your tent as there are lots of big trees with overhanging branches.

Combienbar valley - A few sites on public land near the river spaced along the valley but mostly private land in valley bottom.
Coopracambra National Park - You could camp in picnic area at start of WB Line Track next to Monaro Highway. Nowhere to camp at Beehive Falls, but potential spots to camp along WB Line Track if willing to wander off into the bush - some areas more heavily impacted by fire than others.
Genoa - no services when I rode through, but pub may be open. Can camp in large park here for free - pretty heavily used by the caravan crowd. Toilets not real clean.
Mallacoota - 3 or 4 caravan parks, camping out of town at Shipwreck Cove (need to book online), laundromat, 2 small supermarkets, post office, bakery, couple cafes, 1 pub, coffee truck, library in visitor info centre has internet access in afternoons on some days, more services available in peak holiday times, Lots of beaches, lake access and bushwalking.
Newtons Crossing Campground - free, 8-10 sites, some picnic tables, drop toilet, treat water from creek not river. Good swimming holes in the creek upstream from campsite. Seems like it could be popular - only need 2WD to get in there so big caravans will be there.
Today's ride: 313 km (194 miles)
Total: 2,828 km (1,756 miles)
