An adventurer bides his time in lockdown

He sleeps through the worst of the pandemic winter.

Every year around this time he wakes up and wonders

"Is it time to get out of lockdown and do a tour?  Or go back to bed?"

So he pokes his head out and gets another vaccine shot

Will he be able to travel somewhere without quarantine?

"I'm a little traveler fed up with restrictions.  Nov 1 2021 will I come out and leave my jurisdiction.  If I see the shadow of a covid test facility and they send me back then I know this isn't fiction.  Six more years of this pandemic is an accurate description"

We should hope not.
