Eight travel days, eleven layover days.  250 miles with 20,000’ of climbing, plus a few day rides and walks on those eleven layover days.  An appropriately leisurely pace across the top of England through three national parks in what figures to be the most scenic part of the tour: more of the North York Moors, then the Yorkshire Dales, then the Lake District.
