Day 14 - In Napolean

One of my mother's sayings was "My get up and go done got up and went." Kerry and I have been a little short on the get up and go this whole tour. We finally left the room about 2:00 and took another ride around town.

Napolean is a pretty town. Lots of old (by Ohio, USA standards!) brick buildings, a prosperous appearing downtown and attractive residential streets. No urban blight here!

I posted a picture of the Catholic Church yesterday. This one is the Methodist.

And this is the Presbyterian Church

Doesn't it look as if it should be home to a congregation of little Presbyterian gnomes?

We saw this street painting yesterday, but we were too focused on finding and photographing the courthouse to really pay attention to it. Today we realized what it was.

The Napolean High School mascot is the Wildcat. I don't recall seeing something like this before. I like it.

The residential areas adjacent to downtown were all very attractive.
