It was a nice day off.  After breakfast Jeanna called some motels to make reservations while I cleaned the bike.  Afterwards, we visited the Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum where we toured the USS Edson (DD-946).  

By mid-afternoon we were back in our hotel room where we did absolutely nothing for the rest of the day.  Sounds boring, but it's exactly what I needed to get recharged and ready for the next segment.

Tomorrow, we head north along the shoreline of Lake Huron.  This is the only part of the Michigan Mitt that we have not ridden, so I'm looking forward to it.
