Day 3 - In High Springs
Rain delay
The severe weather that was forecast for today arrived in the early morning hours with heavy thunderstorms. It was expected to last until early afternoon.
The group we met up with assessed the situation and decided gear up and ride on. We assessed the situation and decided that a warm and dry motel room trumped a cold and wet bike ride.

The rain finally stopped here mid-afternoon. We're glad we didn't choose to try to ride today. Tomorrow looks like a beautiful cycling day.
