Day 56 Newberry, MI

We're continuing our ride through the UP. Today's route was very remote with only two tiny towns between Munising and Newberry.
We paralleled a train track for most of the way, but no trains passed us.
We stopped for a picture at this creek because Kerry was sure he had seen an otter, but it was nowhere to be found.
We did see this bicycle art at someone's driveway.
After we got to Newberry, we rode up to the Tahquamenon Logging Museum. It had artifacts and buildings from the local timber industry mostly from the 1880's through the 1940's.
Since we haven't posted any photos of larger than life animals or mythical creatures recently, here is one from the front of out hotel.
Today's ride: 64 miles (103 km)
Total: 2,601 miles (4,186 km)
