Going Two Far
We are two couples from Florida, Kerry and Jeanna, and Alain and Viktoriya. We are embarking on a long tandem cycling tour in the summer of 2016, hence our tour name "Two Far".
After a couple of years of enjoying occasional rides together, the four of us decided it was time for an epic adventure. Our first thought was to ride up the east coast to Prince Edward Island, then find a way home by car or plane. After talking about it, the idea of a big circle tour emerged. Why drive or fly when you can bike, right? So, off we go for a 15 week journey around the eastern United States and Ontario. This will be a self-contained, motel/B&B tour. (Kerry likes to pull out a credit card and proclaim it to be "the world's smallest tent".)
We won't be hurrying from one place to the next. Our plan is to take our time, enjoy each day and eat lots of ice cream along the way.
