Day 78 Rest Day in Ipswich MA

Today we did not ride as we are spending a few days with friends. Our old running friends were doing a run or walk at 9:10 this morning at the fishing bridge in Topsfield. It felt great to get back out in the woods with everyone. We did over 3 1/2 miles and it

The guy on the left, Jimmy is the one that started the run I g group back I. The 80’s

went by quickly with the conversations going on. Then we went back to Jimmy’s store so the guys could have their beers and chat. I happened to be the only woman but that’s okay as I haven’t seen a lot of these guys for years. When we got back to Jim and Jean’s we took showers and got ready for a cookout that Jean had planned. The food and drink were excellent and seeing other friends was the best. It’s funny how fast a day goes by when you are having fun.
