We had another day in the U-haul truck. The smoke was still around when we left this morning. It was another barren ride but the terrain was flatter than what we are used to so it would have been a good day to pedal. The only thing is from Glendive to Bismarck was 190 miles. More than we would be able to do in a day. It’s funny as it was a shorter ride than yesterday but it felt like we were in the truck for a month. We did stop at the Theodore Roosevelt National Park to see the views, but other than that there really wasn’t anywhere to stop. We stopped at the motel first to drop our bikes and bags off as we would be walking back from the U-haul as it was in a very busy traffic area. We stopped for lunch on our walk back to the room, got back, did some laundry while Hubs tried to set up places to stay and check our route for the next few days. It seems right now that the smoke is gone so 🤞🤞🤞 we won’t encounter it again. Tomorrow we are heading to Napoleon and it will be about 68 miles. 🤨😜.

DOUGLAS HEINSWe’ve heard about the smoke out of Canada. Glad you are able truck through it. Gary must have a magnet for his IPAs. LOL

Same old same old here. Upper 90s F feeling like over 100F. YUK!

Enjoying your commentary and photos.

Debbie ColeHopefully you’re out of the smoke for a while. Some of it settled in down here today. Happy trails tomorrow.
