Busan: Second lazy day in a row
The whole Chinese visa thing has been getting us down a bit. It appears we will only be able to get a 30 day visa and China is such a HUUUGE country. In the end, we decided to only worry about China once we get to Seoul.
So we went off and had a lovely breakfast cum lunch (it was 11am by this stage) of dwaeji-gukbap, Busan's famous Pork and Rice Soup, and did a bit of work.

For supper we did the Korean BBQ thing and tomorrow we set off on the Four Rivers Route to Seoul - except that we will be making a big detour to Gyeongju after about twenty kays or so. Gyeongju was the capital of the 1,000-year-long Silla dynasty, and is known for its extensive historical remains. We're spending the night along the road near Ulsa and will only get to Gyeongju the following day. After a few days doing the sightseeing stuff we will ride back to the Four Rivers Route and continue to Seoul (well, that's the current plan - it might change by tomorrow).
