Today was about covering the short distance to Pantai Kok where the Langkawi GeoPark is located which was a bit tougher than we expected.  We have moved here so that we can have an early start on the cable car that goes to the top of the mountain.

After a swim, some breakfast and a bit of work we left Pantai Cenanag and headed off to Pantai Kok in the heat of the day.  The short included two stiff hills that had Leigh walking her bicycle.  The accommodation is at the GeoPark Hotel right in the middle of the "Oriental Village", a real tourist trap but it is the price we are paying for gaining access to the cable car.  Perversely, it is half the price of Delta Motel and of better quality (apart from a dicky internet connection).
