Narrative TBD, but a birding subtype in which birdwatching is expected to be significant enough to warrant shooting birds  with the Canon rather than just carrying the phone for all photography.

Subtype scripts atypically consist primarily of reminders, with a few rules mixed in.  For example, on a walk or bike ride that includes a birding component:

Rules:

• Never walk away from your bike and leave it unlocked.
• Never let your carrying object touch the ground.
• If it is necessary to deactivate the Garmin in order to silence it, reactivate it immediately when leaving the birding area so you are locatatable again.
• Include or consider packing: the Canon, Backup memory and storage, the iPad, and the SD adaptor.

Reminders:

• What footwear is desired?  Should A second pair be taken along?
• When walking in a bird refuge, silence is essential.  Wear walking shoes, silence all electronics except for the phone (on vibrate), etc.
• Which lock type should be carried?
• If you’ll be later than expected, keep Rachael regularly updated with an ETA, preferably through text.
