Walking, walking and more walking - the Spokane loop walk
We started the day back at the Satelight diner for day 2 breakfast. Architecture and art was the theme of the morning in downtown Spokane and Browns Addition neighborhood, follow by stops at REI, art, music and yarn shops. An 8.1 mile walk today!

After walking through downtown we walked over to Brown’s Addition a historic neighborhood from the 1800s. We saw many beautiful homes that are being well taken care of and also explored the Museum of Art and Culture where they were having an Audubon exhibit.

Next, we had a shopping excursion in the museum shop and then on to Monroe street to REI, a yarn shop, an art supply store and a music store. Then back to the hotel for a swim in the pool.
Two additional buddies joined us for dinner today! Welcome! Four more cycling buddies have arrived in town and tomorrow we should be up to our group of 12.
After dinner we walked over to riverfront park to see the Spokane Pavillion at night.
