On to the Next Adventure - Travel day
We are on to our next adventure! We traveled through a moon scape, a place that looked like Mars, rolling desert, mountains and back to desert on our way to St George a 5 hour drive. The variety we saw in the landscape was amazing. Lots of wind, a few swirling dirt devils, blowing tumbleweeds that collided with the car twice, and 80 mph speed limits along with the scenery that seemed very foreign to these Floridians all added up to an interesting drive!
Then a quick drive through historic St.George. A quaint town center in a large area of suburban sprawl, chain stores and restaurants centered around I-15.
In the morning we will meet our guides for our Introduction to Mountain Biking trip in Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.
