In Kirkby Stephen: Nine Standards Rigg

This was an amazing hike with a well marked path and no tricky gats to open.

On the way up to the 9 standards I spotted this. It looks like a chair for a giant.

The 9 Standards path is to the left. Even I can’t get lost on this well marked trail!

The trail started getting wet and muddy but someone put this pice of wood down so I could avoid the mud. That’s a first fo me and much appreciated!

This also had a way around to avoid the water.
