Hi Everyone!

It's been a great day! :-) The only glitch was a flat tire but I patched'er up and was on my way with no complications.

...so far the climbs have not been too bad and I think this alternate route is a keeper, or at least a good alternative to the ACA routes.

But can't write much because I'm off to the campground. Stopped in a coffee shop to post a quick update and stuff myself with pie ala mode!

I'll prepare a complete update with pictures and post it when I can. Tomorrow it's over the mountains and (hopefully) into Nevada. WOOO-HOOOO.
