Tough day today, battling the headwind. I ended up on a beautiful divided highway, with a wonderful wide shoulder and no bikes allowed. Whoops. After the highway ended, the ups and downs started again. There are not a lot of accommodation options in this area. I stopped at a campground at Praia da Gale, about 5 km off of the main road.
