The fourteen kilometers along the N10 on Thursday convinced us that the plan to take the road back via Ann's Villa and the Zuurberg Pass would be far more enjoyable despite it being a tough and rough ride.

With the cold and wet weather that has passed through it was an easy decision to spend three nights in Somerset East while we wait for things to clear and for the roads to dry out.  

Tomorrow is a long hard day so it will be an early night.
