We started the day off with a few hours of work, followed by a magnificent lunch at Roca, a restaurant high on the hill east of Franschoek and ended it with more work. Of course, we repaired a puncture in between.

The ride too get to Roca was short (not much more than 3 kilometers) but steep and in the heat of the day. The restaurant itself was lovely with great service and delicious food and wine. The ride back down the hill should have been easy but Leigh managed to pick up another puncture.

After that we had to settle down and do a bit of work - not easy after such a great lunch.

Early to bed because we have a big hill to climb tomorrow.
