We were treated to a spectacular sunrise this morning with pink clouds all the way around us.
After we broke camp and by 10:30 we were on our way to Catalina State Park north of Tucson. It was a short drive and we got to the park by noon.
Even though it was early, they let us check in so we after we set up our site, we had time to do a short ride around the campground. It was in the 70's and very warm!!
We spotted a road runner and plenty of saguaros. Lots of hikers were out enjoying the many trails. It was nice to spend an evening relaxing outside in our camp chairs until dark.
Today's ride: 6 miles (10 km)
Total: 282 miles (454 km)
