Swan Lake to Whitefish
After packing up camp, I headed out in the clear, cool weather. It didn’t take long to warm up on the few short climbs and strip off the jacket and sleeves. After about 1o miles, the ACA route got off the major roads and onto side roads, a welcome change from the last few days!

The back roads traveled through a broad valley and field of gold!
Due to proximity to Glacier National Park and various weekend festivals, we could not find reasonable accommodations in the Kalispell-Whitefish area. So we found a room 50 miles north along the route in Eureka where will will be for two nights. Cheryl will shuttle me back to Whitefish in the morning.
Today's ride: 56 miles (90 km)
Total: 1,010 miles (1,625 km)
