Day 37 Sand Lake

The R&R continues at the Potash cabin, with a little work thrown in there. We treated our rain coats to improve the water repellency. Jon did a few more things to the roof and fixed the kitchen faucet and and bathroom faucet. Also helped Brett clean his bicycle. They also may or may not have trimmed a few trees to make the sunset view better. (Jon says he’s worn out now and needs a vacation 😂) He also got to experience the adventure of grocery shopping with kids. Popcorn at the hardware store for the win! I went on another gloriously unladen ride, circumnavigating the lake.
We had a wonderful dinner of pasta and salad and a decadent chocolate raspberry cake. Betsy has definitely spoiled us with fabulous food. This place is beautiful; it’s no wonder they come here every summer! We’ve had a great time and will be sad to leave in the morning.
