Sangerhausen
Today was also sunny, but there was a nice cool breeze.
Originally the Romantic Road only existed in West Germany and ran from Neuschwanstein to Würsburg. But it seems like the bureau responsible for promoting tourism has now extended it much further north.
My host moved from busy Hamburg to a small village in Eastern Germany. The relaxed agricultural existence reminds her of Southern France.
