Andrea BrownI'm from Libby. You may be surprised to hear that the third annual Lincoln County Pride Festival will take place in July at the riverside pavilion named after my late father. There was some pushback the first year but things have settled down and I hope it stays that way. I wrote a post on the local newspaper Facebook page in support and if folks don't like it, well, it's a good day to mind your own business and go camping or fishing instead. Never a dull moment in my cantankerous hometown. It's not ALL Trump, by any means.

Today's destination is Libby Montana about 65 miles away. Just a few miles from Chad and Jess I crossed into Montana and the Mountain Time Zone.No towns between here and Libby. Just a lot of pretty scenery. The Halfway House was the only restaurant along the way and stopped for lunch there. The weather has been perfect the last few days 70's sunny and no rain! Found a great little mom and pop motel in "downtown" Libby called the Evergreen. A portion of the movie The Revenant was filmed near here so folks are proud of that.
