I finally figured out how to load photos so I went back and loaded some from each previous days of riding. Also crossed into Idaho late this afternoon and am settled in Priest River. Today was a beautiful. Day in the 70's and sunny. I left Ione and the Riverview Motel. Sir Michael saw me off as you see in the pictures. Today was a great day of riding. There is a quiet lightly traveled country road that parallels highway 20 on the other side of the Pend Oreille River (pronounced pon de ray) for the entire 50 miles from Ione to Newport. Also fairly flat with just a few rolling hills.  Passing through the narrow neck of Idaho so will be in Montana in a couple days.  Tuesday in Tonasket I ran into Sara in a cafe. She was riding with Jamie and Tina. Didn't see them again until the grocery store yesterday in Ione and then again in the same restaurant tonight here in Priest River. We're going to try to camp in the same location tomorrow night. Its always nice to make friends along the way. I hope to be to Glacier National Park by Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll  try to post each day but may be in some areas where the signal might be spotty or non existent.

Today's ride: 58 miles (93 km)
Total: 553 miles (890 km)
