In Reims
Cathedral visit and walkabout.
Reims has an attractive character, with a mix of building styles from the beautiful Gothic Cathedral, to neo classical and art deco. There are reminders of other major cities like Strasbourg and Bordeaux. We enjoy the relaxed feel of walking the central city and are awed at the design and structure of the cathedral.

The Reims art gallery has been closed for renovations for a couple of years unfortunately, so there’s a slightly limited list of exhibitions type of things to see, but we enjoy our walk because there’s plenty of stimulation on the streets.
We finish by doing what many others must do in this city- celebrating with a glass of what the region is famous for- champagne!
