Day 12 - St Goar to Koblenz to Boppard (Germany)

Because of limited availability of rooms in Koblenz, we decided to ride into Koblenz, see the city, then turn around and pedal back to Boppard and spend the night there.

We were biking through Boppard on the way out and decided to visit the town for a snack and book our hotel. Fortunately for us, the front desk folks at our hotel were very friendly and let us drop our bags off early. So for the remainder of our ride Friday, we had some nice light loads which was a real treat for us on our last day of the tour.

We were having a snack in Boppard in the main town square, just as the bells went off at noon.
