Day 82 Lago Yelhuin: No wind! We can hear the birds
We reach the junction to Ruta 3 and Road F. We battle the wind again the 20km around the town. We met cyclists last night who had cycled up Road H and F and said there was not wind and that we should do that route. We go for it.
There is no wind, we didn't believe it could be true.
But there we are at the junction looking straight and seeing asphalt and looking right and seeing gravel...we choose the gravel road. It's a bit up and down, the surface mostly good. We stop for eating and fix coffee without dirt swirling around us. Patrick says, "I can hear the birds!!"
There is no roar of the wind.
The shrubs do turn into a forest.

We reach the Hosteria of Lago Yelhuin and have a coke. We ask about camping and are shown an area that is free to camp. The people of the hosteria don't seem too friendly. But we find a spot for the tent. We fix dinner and watch the lake with the mountains in the background.
Today was nice, if only for the sounds other than the wind, that we could hear.
