Day 37 Rest Day in Chonchi: Colorful Sunday Market
We start with breakfast in the Esmeralda that is included in the room price: eggs, potatoes, bread, jam, juice and fruit.
Then we do our laundry in a big crate on a wriggly table at the side of the house. It looks to be a nice day today we hope to get it dry.

After the domestic chores are done, we catch a bus together with John and Kim to Castro and onto Dalcahue, which is famous for its Sunday crafts market. This is very picturesque and Rachel manages to pick up a nice bowl and trivet woven from grass.
Early afternoon we return to Chonchi. Patrick does some cleaning of the bike chains and wheels and visits with John and Kim.
Dinner again at the Hostel is great food: Salmon steaks, boiled potatoes and salad.
Tomorrow, one more day in Chonchi.
