Rachel also gets sick during the night.  By morning Patrick has recovered enough to get up, but Rachel stays sick for most of the day.  Patrick cancels our trip to the sacred valley and spent his day either behind a computer at an internet café, or reading on the bed.  

In the evening Patrick is well enough to eat some fried rice at a Chifa.  Rachel doesn’t eat much except some crackers and a banana.  This is really the first of our trip that we are really really sick.
