Draft Overview Route:

From Stockholm, we cycle toward Trondheim on the St Olavsleden Bike route from Sundsvall Sweden to Stiklestad Norway. Then we head north and begin following the Eurovelo 1 to the North Cape. Then on Eurovelo 11 dropping down in Finland to Oulu. Here is a decision point and reevaluating the time left to reach Stockholm. We will probably take the train to Helsinki. 

From Helsinki on the ferry to Tallinn Estonia, we will  cycle quickly through the Baltics and Eastern Poland picking up the Eurovelo 10 route again following the Northern Coast of Poland and to Rostock Germany.

Here is another decision point of time left to cycle. From Rostock and Lubeck there are many ferry options to Denmark and Sweden. We just need to get back to Stockholm in time to catch our flight back to Boise.
