“I’ll show you the route for the ferry,” Bjorn says as we head out on the bikes on a bike path in front of his house. Bjorn takes Maurice Morris in the basket on his bike, "I'll be slower because of the dog," he says. Rachel says later "I'm happy that he had the dog." After all the sitting on planes, it was good to finally be cycling,
We weave our way towards town, sometimes crossing on a bridge, other times tunnels under the main roads and follow the bike route signs. Bjorn takes us up to a viewpoint all on bike lanes and points out points of interest.
Road crossings have specific lights for bikes and a specific light for pedestrians. In crossing the roads it's unclear who has the right of way. Pedestrians seem to stop for bikes. Seems as though the Pedestrians stop for cyclists to pass.

Bjorn takes us to the ferry terminal. Across the water is the Home of the King, who no longer lives there but out lives outside the city on another estate.
After we return to Bjorn's home, we relax a bit and walk back to the neighborhood store to shop for supplies. We are finding out food is expensive here. We are figuring out the exchange rate for Kronor . Bjorn also has signed up for us a package for the sim card for the phone and we get that setup. We will use the phone mostly for a hotspot. Bjorn and Patrick talk more about routes.
