As any planning goes, there is a need to remain flexible in those plans. 

The original plan at the start was much too ambitious for a 90day Schengen's restriction, no longer being the spring chickens able to do long days to include Iceland, the Faroe Islands and ending the tour in Holland. We will limit our ride to Scandinavia and the Baltics and Northern Poland, doing a loop from Stockholm. 

We will do a training ride in Oregon the end of May. And wait for our housesitter/catsitter/friend, Kim Johnson to return from her cycling tour sometime in June. 

We fly to Stockholm July 2. We've reconnected with people who have stayed with us through warmshowers, and cyclists we met on the road. Scandinavia in particular is known for the free camping amd shelters so we will be researching  the CampWild site. 

And with the time restraints, we will use trains and ferries through sections.
