Week 39: Back to Tableview: Day Three: Completing the loop
"Here's a guardian angel for you", Rachel pins an angel pin on Amanda's shirt lapel. Amanda has kept us mostly off the busy roads back into Capetown and back to the bike path that we'll take back to Tableview. She's pretty wild riding the bike, and Rachel thinks she needs the guardian.
Amanda makes us coffee to start the day...and homemade rusk from her mom. Packed up and headed out, along the way we stick with the tradition of stopping for another cup of coffee and pastry. We are cycling on the eastern side around Table Mountain. We stop on the bikepath and say our goodbye's for now. The plan is we will meet up again after Christmas for another day ride.
Now the focus shifts a little bit between seeing things in Capetown and getting ready for the flight to India.
