Marfa to Alpine

What a beautiful morning we have to head for Alpine!

First stop is the Marfa Lights rest area.

Don't see anything out here this morning!

We are climbing Paisano Pass and it is so pretty out here.

It wasn't long before we were in Alpine and hungry. We stopped to ask where to eat but then found a food truck where we could sit outside in the very nice sunshine.

We were meeting our warmshowers host at 3pm so we had an hour or so to sit in the sun.

Step and I ate this broccoli potato. It was delicious.

We met with Besty at 3pm after a stop at the grocery store. She had to return to work after a short visit and she will be back around 9pm. We have veggies to cook for dinner.
