It is winter now so the ride outside season has ended unless one wants to deal with the cold, ever increasing darkness and snow and ice.  I no longer do so indoors I go.

So each day I tend to do two sessions on the bike trainer attached to my trike.  Hours and hours of spinning without really going anywhere but lots of reading, movies, and YouTube help the time to pass.

The only other note of possible interest is the deep clean and maintenance on our two travel trikes before they head back to their travel boxes to wait out the winter until their next trip which can’t seem to come soon enough.

But despite all of that, my yearly 10,000 mile goal is well within sight so back to the indoor spin shortly.
