Rain, rain, go away … but Fall has come and it’s just a warmup for winter.

The last few weeks have seen a balance of indoor and outdoor riding. As the morning temperatures have hovered in the low 40’s, we are anxiously awaiting our trip to the Pacific Northwest, an area we haven’t cycled since 1999 when we crossed Oregon on our way to Colorado and 2003 when we started across Washington in a trip that ended 150 miles later when I experienced a major crash which ended the trip. 

So trikes are packed, gear assembled, and we will take our easiest flight in the last 20 cycling trips - a single flight from Fairbanks to Seattle.
