Its a wrap … 2024 is now behind us. It was a good cycling year as I met my goals of cycling every day and making 10,000 miles which turned into 11,030 in the end.

Randal RidgewayGood work, Larry! How about a post showing your indoor setup? My trikes use 20 inch tires and I see advertised tripod type trainers or ones with flat rollers - figured your experience probably has covered both! Randy R.
