The only place in the Philippines where a national road intersects with a runway is in Catarman. Yes, the Catarman National Airport  services one or two flights a day only and motor vehicles, as well as bicycles and pedestrians, are allowed to cross the runway in between flights similar to a railway level crossing. A highway crossing a runway, and vice versa.
