Day 143 - Paoay, Ilocos Norte to Bangui, Ilocos Norte via Laoag Bypass Road
63km of smooth and well-paved roads on mostly flat terrain with easy climbs on two small hills before and after Laoag City and a moderate hill before Bangui Windmills, from Paoay Church to KangKang Windmill Café with sidetrips to Paoay Lake, Paoay Sand Dunes, Malacañang Ti Amianan and Cape Bojeador Lighthouse.
